How allocation works

Stock of each shared piece-part is allocated automatically to its saleable parents' open orders, earliest agreed delivery date first (order qty × qty per). Type a number to override; overridden values are highlighted — click "auto" to go back. Kit readiness on jobs and the Delivery Planner uses these allocations for shared piece-parts instead of the full stock.
